1. General conditions

• Vehicles can be rented by drivers who are at least 23 years old.

2. Documents required for rent:

• The client must have an active driver's license for at least 3 years
• A valid ID or passport.

3. Minimum rent

• The minimum time of using the services is 24 hours and 150 km, and payment is in advance with a mandatory deposit, prescribed in the price list.

4. Traffic fines

• All parking, communal, traffic and misdemeanor fines incurred during the rental are the responsibility of the user.

5. Method of payment and deposit

• Payment can be made by credit card, through the company's account or in cash..
• The deposit is mandatory and is left by pre-authorization of the card, through the company's account or in cash.

6. Car damage

• In case of damage or loss of the vehicle rented by the client or its part, as well as in case of fire, broken glass, loss of keys, the renter or any other authorized person specified in the contract is responsible
• The rented vehicle is insured against damage to third parties in accordance with the law of the Republic of Serbia.
